UPDATE: This ain't Mazatlan. -_- It's a picture of "Lover's Beach" in Cabo San Lucas. This is proof that your brains really turn to mush on vacation, and that it's really, really important to fact check things before you upload them for the world to see. :P

Taken from a cruise ship leaving what I thought was Mazatlan, Mexico (it was actually Cabo San Lucas). It really was a strange looking sky- it actually did look that pink in real life. :P

The preview image used Nemed's great, and most importantly, free "Led Cinema Display .psd" icon, which can be found here: [link] :)

Nice picture!
The sky of Mazatlan is usually with that kind of colors at sunset.

Thanks! :D I think the skies might have something to do with being on the sea... I was definitely surprised when the pictures were taken- I had kind of a "Wow, these actually look professional!" reaction when seeing them on the camera viewfinder. XD

another awesome work!
one thing I might suggest you experiment next time is contrast- increase dark values a bit? and maybe make the colors slightly richer?
while it's quite nice and all it seems a tad flat :p

Coincidentally, that's pretty much the same thing my friend said when I showed him this before I uploaded this. :P I prefer keeping my desktops more natural looking, without high contrast or saturation, but I'm definitely not in much of a majority in that opinion. By all means though, edit this around in Photoshop or GIMP or whatever to your liking. Thanks for the +fav!
